Legal disclaimer

1. LetsGo is not a dating agency, but is a social organiser, arranging events for single people.
2. Members must be separated, divorced, single or widowed.
3. Membership is over 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
4. LetsGo accepts no liability for non availability of places at events, or cancellations, other than the return of any fee that has been paid. All cheques and orders must be made payable to LETSGO.
5. LetsGo takes great care balancing wherever possible age ranges and ratios of male/female, but cannot accept any responsibility for any slight imbalance.
6. LetsGo accepts no loss, damage or injury caused to or suffered by a member at an event. This disclaimer does not effect the right of any member to claim against a party causing such loss, damage or injury.
7. LetsGo reserves the right to curtail unreasonable behaviour at any event.
8. Member assumes any and all responsibility and liability for transmitting data or material(s) and all contents of said data, at his or her own risk, to or from LetsGo.
9. Member and Non-member acknowledges that this Disclaimer may be subject to further limitations, restrictions or provisions, as deemed necessary and appropriate from time to time and that such Disclaimer shall constitute and serve as the entire agreement between LetsGo and the Member or Non-member. This Disclaimer supercedes any prior agreements in whole or in part.
10. By submitting, transmitting or transporting, by any medium, an application for membership to LetsGo, the member and/or Non-member states that he or she irrevocably accept this Disclaimer, entirely. The member and/or Non-member further states that he/she is in compliance with all terms and conditions, has read, and fully understands the nature and content of this Disclaimer and/or agreement and agrees to be irrevocably bound by same throughout.
