Rules of membership

  1. Fees

    Registration Fee - £50.00 per annum (£30.00 for 6 months).
  2. Applications for membership

    Applications to be made on the official membership form. LetsGo reserves the right to refuse any applications for membership, without disclosure of reason.
  3. Acceptance of membership

    Acceptance of membership and rules will be effected by the signing of the application form and receipt of the membership fee.
  4. Termination of membership

    In unusual circumstances, the termination of membership will be effected. This will be immediate.
  5. Payments

    Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments must be made by cheque or postal order, payable to LETSGO. You will receive a confirmation of your booking within 3 working days. Should an event be oversubscribed, you will be offered an alternative. As a professional limited company, we will abide by the Companies Order (N.I.)1986, therefore your payment is secure.
  6. General Rules

    • LetsGo accepts no liability for non-availability of places at events, or cancellations within seven working days. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, an event has to be cancelled, we will refund your full payment.
    • Members must be separated, divorced, single or widowed.
    • LetsGo takes great care balancing, wherever possible, age ranges and ratios of male/female, but cannot accept any responsibility for any slight imbalances.
    • LetsGo accepts no loss, damage or injury caused to, or suffered by, a member at an event. This disclaimer does not affect the right of any member to claim against a party causing such loss, damage or injury.
    • LetsGo reserves the right to curtail unreasonable behaviour at any event.
